By accessing or using this website and submitting your inquiry, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein. Parties and Purpose
This agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the rights and obligations between you (“Patient”) and Best Clinics Abroad (“Platform”). The term “Clinic” refers to clinics, hospitals and any other medical service organization on the Platform offering different treatment options.
Platform’s Role as a Catalog Service
Best Clinics Abroad solely operates as a catalogue service, acting as an intermediary between Clinic and Patient. The Platform does not assume any direct or indirect responsibility for agreements between Clinic and Patient, the treatments provided, their outcomes, or the fees associated with them.
The Clinic is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information they provide regarding their qualifications, certifications, and facilities. The Platform does not endorse or verify this information. Any claims made by clinics are the sole responsibility of the respective clinic.
Communication Consent
By submitting the “Free Inquiry” form on Best Clinics Abroad’s platform, you grant the Platform and the affiliated Clinics your explicit consent for communication purposes. This consent enables us to:
a.Share Your Information with Clinics: Your provided information, including but not limited to name, surname, gender, birthday, email, phone, requested treatment, treatment details, preferred treatment timing, and the free-text message will be shared with the Clinic you have selected for inquiry.
b.Informative Messages: The Platform may send you informative messages related to your inquiry, including but not limited to the status of your inquiry, updates on clinic responses, and general information about the treatment process.
c.Newsletters: You may receive newsletters containing healthcare-related information, industry updates, and other content deemed relevant by Best Clinics Abroad. You have the option to unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by contacting

d.Regular Updates: The Clinic or the Platform may provide you with regular updates on the progress of your treatment or procedure, ensuring you are informed and comfortable throughout the process.
Additional Offers: Clinics on the Platform may occasionally present special offers or promotions. The Platform may communicate these offers to you based on your inquiry and preferences.

Intellectual Property Rights
Any content or material provided by clinics to the Platform remains the intellectual property of the clinic. However, by submitting such content to the Platform, clinics grant the Platform an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content for promotional purposes.
Communication with Patients
a.Clinics commit to responding promptly and professionally to patient inquiries and emails. However, the Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if concerns about health or other matters arise during the assessment process.
b.Clinics agree not to use hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive conduct in communications with the Patient or on the Platform. Violation of this conduct may lead to the termination of the clinic’s relationship with the Platform and potential legal actions.
Platform Usage
Currently, the Platform is provided free of for the Patient. However, the Platform reserves the right to introduce new financial instruments or payment requirements for patients in the future. Any such introduction will be communicated to patients.
Privacy and Patient Consent
a.Clinics must always respect patient privacy and confidentiality. The Clinic cannot share any Patient’s personal data, such as name, gender, photo, or treatment status, without the explicit consent of the patient.
b.The Clinic cannot coerce or persuade the Patient into accepting treatment. Patients have the right to cancel treatment based on their preferences and personal needs. Clinics may retain the fee for any services or treatments that have been provided up to that point.
Patient Disputes and Legal Actions
a.Any disputes or legal actions arising between the Clinic and the Patient are the sole responsibility of the Clinic. The Platform is not liable for any disputes or legal actions between the Clinic and the Patient.
b.The Patient has the right to initiate legal proceedings against the Clinic for any disputes or issues related to medical treatment. The Platform is not responsible for mediating or resolving such disputes. The Platform shall not be held directly or indirectly responsible for these legal actions.
Patient Reviews
Patients are encouraged to share their experiences and reviews on the Platform or other online review platforms. The Platform may publish reviews that do not contain hate speech, discrimination, false statements, or any other harmful content.
Privacy and Data
The Clinic agrees to comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations. Any personal information collected from the Patient, including its processing and disclosure, must adhere to relevant privacy policies and legal requirements.
Compliance with Laws
The Clinic is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in their jurisdiction. The Platform does not endorse or support any illegal or unethical practices. The Clinic must ensure that its actions and practices align with the laws and regulations of its operating country.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
a.In the event of any disputes arising out of the implementation of this agreement, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city where the clinic operates.
